Leads key strategic imperatives and initiatives to bridge the gap between TNTP's current state and future aspirations.

Lead TNTP's Consulting Division and provide leadership to engagements with over 500 district and state partners during Fiscal Year 2023 alone. The division comprises approximately 475 full time staff, which constitutes about 70% of the organization’s workforce.• Successfully doubled annual revenue from $47 million to over $110 million since 2019.• During the 2022-2023 school year, our support enabled over 2 million students to receive increased access to grade-appropriate assignments, nearly 3 million students to benefit from strong instruction, 3 million students to have access to high expectations, and 1.3 million students to experience improved learning outcomes, as evidenced by benchmarks and state test scores.• Conceptualize and lead TNTP’s enterprise innovation strategy, intended to cultivate a culture of innovation throughout the organization. Oversee the development of pathway and process for launching new breakthrough ideas and services, grounded in design thinking principles.• Develop and oversee the organization’s strategic partnership strategy, aimed at increasing our influence across the education and K12-to-workforce sectors. This role involves enabling the development of pilots and new services, as well as pursuing joint impact with mission-aligned organizations.

Led TNTP's Consulting Division overseeing five Regional Vice Presidents, and over 450 full time staff providing support to state departments of education, school districts, charter management organizations and schools in the areas of strategic planning, academic strategy, talent strategy and policy.Through April, 2022 I also lead our Workforce team, responsible for TNTP’s talent acquisition function as well as our internal staffing efforts.
