I work managing projects from pre-construction (budgeting, bidding, etc), through construction (schedule, change order, RFI, submittal, safety, quality control, etc), all the way to close out (final permits, close out docs, final payments, etc).

I was a student tutor teaching mathematics and chemistry to under division students. I created worksheets, activities, and study material to assist students in understanding the course material outside of the classroom.

I was a student intern with LAUSD under the construction management department where we worked on various upgrades to the fire life safety systems in Pre-education facilities as well as elementary schools.
