CareMeridian provides a continuum of high quality, post-acute care and rehabilitation options to people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and other life-altering injuries and medically complex illnesses. • Facility Licensing: Initial and renewal application processing in the states of California, Nevada, Colorado & Arizona for Congregate Living Health Facilities, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Adult Day Care, Adult Residential Facilities & and Assisted Living. • Facility Certifications: Initial and renewal application processing in the states of California, Nevada, Colorado & Arizona for Medicare, Medicaid, Medi-Cal, Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments; also assisting the Clinical Team with The Joint Commission (TJC) as well as Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facility (CARF) implementation. • Contracting: Pre-credentialing & contracting all Independent Contractors including all therapists (PT, OT, ST, RT & Dietitians), Medical Directors, and other Licensed Independent Professionals.• Assistant to the President & Senior Management Team: Manage day to day operations, safeguards confidentiality, maintains & coordinates travel & calendars, liaison to outside callers/vendors/etc., projects & special assignments as directed.• Corporate & Marketing Event Coordinator • Corporate Office Manager • Payroll: Bi-monthly payroll for 90+ Salaried Employees.• Legal Liaison: Liaison between corporate office and legal team.• Corporate Meeting Coordinator: Plan, coordinate and facilitate 3 quarterly meetings per year (75 -100 attendees); Plan & Coordinate Quarterly Pediatric Advisory Board Meetings per year. • Marketing Event Coordinator: Assist 16 marketing & business development employees in budgeting, planning and registration for over 200 conferences/year. • Committee Member: I currently sit on two committees for CareMeridian; Quarterly Compliance & Performance Improvement Planning Committee
