As a certified teacher, I was responsible for the design, development, and execution of a 32-school pilot program focusing on the identification and placement of qualified teachers in schools servicing children 6 weeks to 6 years old.During the pilot, which took place from July-September 2021, my team placed a total of 40 candidates in schools located throughout the Atlanta market. In addition, another 21 offers were extended to our candidates demonstrating our ability to successfully match qualified Lead and Assistant Teachers to open positions within the schools.Working closely with the hiring manager at each location, we were able to accommodate the constantly changing hiring needs of the school to identify top talent.

-Worked closely with third party QA agency, LRA Worldwide, through daily email and phone communications to ensure processes and procedures for inspections done at properties were efficient and accurate.-Received and processed all franchisee appeals to QA inspections which included documenting the appeal, collecting and analyzing data, determining accuracy and reporting back to both QA agency and franchisee the results.-Collaborated with Account Managers in Procurement Services to resolve issues associated with Qualified Vendors that resulted in QA point deductions.-Worked closely with Brand Programs team to develop, test and execute brand standards for new brand specific programs.-Determined areas of opportunity and developed educational collateral for franchisees about current rules and regulations and how to be compliant for QA purposes.

-Worked with Franchisees and management companies in the Southeast territory to assess their needs for hotel products and services by referring all sales leads directly to the Qualified Vendor population. Followed up with Franchisees and Qualified Vendors to monitor sales activity up to and through delivery of products and services.-Worked as a liaison between Franchisees and Choice’s other departments to expedite issues.-Maintained a close relationship with Account Managers in Procurement Services and all territory-based personnel including BPCs, franchise sales directors, and project managers to ensure that vendor partnership knowledge is up-to-date. -Resolved issues related to problems as a result of a purchase of a product and/or service from vendors participating in the Qualified Vendor program.

-Worked within a team with the Director of Procurement Services in the South Central region assisting franchisees with small to mid-size projects. Projects included small renovations and minor conversions with a value of about $100K.-Assisted Franchisees with opening orders, obtaining competitive quotes and helped maintain Choice brand standards.-Resolved issues related to problems as a result of a purchase of a product and/or service from vendors participating in the Qualified Vendor program. -Negotiated pricing and proposals from vendors on behalf of Choice Franchisees.
