• Import & Domestic - Denim, woven and knit bottoms for Petite, Missy and Plus.
• Liaison between design and production in order to insure that the garment is produced to the specifications required.
• Conduct fit sessions and formulate extensive fit comments that are communicated to overseas factories.
• Measure all samples received from proto to TOP.
• Cross examine the sample against information on the tech pack to ensure consistency and call out any discrepancies to factories oversea to ensure they meet our design and company standards.
• Fit and send out fit comments according to delivery and priority.

Greater Los Angeles Area

• Import - Men's and Women's fully fashioned knit sweaters, Men's and Women's cut and sew knit/woven tops and jackets, Men's leather, denim and non-denim bottoms.
• Coordinate with designers and fit models to schedule fittings to conduct and lead all fittings from proto to TOP.
• Create initial tech packs based off of the designers’ hand off meetings. Input and update all information on the BOM, construction notes, spec sheets, and label placements. Make necessary adjustments to the designers’.
• Measure all samples received from proto to TOP. Cross examine the sample against information on the tech pack and against previous samples to ensure consistency and call out any discrepancies to factories oversea to.
• Create measurement guides, grade rules, and tolerances as appropriate for styles and classes from existing grade rules.
• Work closely with the development/design team on gathering appropriate information for the BOM and reference bodies for specs. Work closely with the production team for label placement and packaging.

Commerce, California

• Categories: Import - Toddlers, kids, juniors, and missy swimwear and coverups.
• Measure, check construction, and track all samples from first fit to TOP to ensure that all details have been met with the design sheet and product specification page (BOM).
• Schedule and attend all fittings, from first to TOP, before sending out fit comments – which included graded spec sheets and tech packs.
• Updated the standard block patterns for Malibu’s kids, junior, and missy departments.

• Create tech packs, which include design sheet, graded spec sheets, detailed trim and fabric information. Send patterns, sew-by samples, Pantone charts for graphic artwork if applicable, for all knit and woven styles.
• Measure, check construction, and track all samples, from proto to TOP, to ensure that all details have been met with the design specifications.
• Create and submit templates for lab dips, yarn dips, strike-offs and mock ups for buyers’ approvals.
• Request vendors for booking confirmation and follow up with shipments to ensure timely arrival.

Santa Fe Springs, California

• Categories: Domestic - Men's and Women's contemporary.
• Design various knit garments. Conduct fit sessions and communicate fit intent, balance, and construction by pattern diagrams, pattern corrections, and digital images.
• Track all garments from concept to pre-production and examine products to meet design specifications.
• Digitize and grade patterns, provide marking for production, mini markers and garment specs.
• Work with the production team in following up with purchase orders by tracking pre-production samples, making tech packs, estimate mini markers, pattern cards, and graded spec sheets.
• Oversee the production department for ordering trim, care, and main labels. Follow up with printing, dying and washing in both sampling and production.
