Crystal has worked in the recruiting industry for over sixteen years and prides herself on providing the best recruiting experience for the candidates and hiring managers. She started at AIG in 2013 working in the Talent Acquisition Department supporting Life and Retirement. Recently, she has become an Early Careers Campus Recruiter and leads recruiting efforts for General Insurance AIGRM, CUO, Distribution, Financial Lines, Retail Casualty, Travel and Warranty . She enjoys contributing knowledge and innovative ideas. Her favorite part of this position is recruiting college students or early college graduates to initiate a meaningful and lucrative career in insurance.
