Procurement functions-• Collate purchase orders and purchase requisitions in order for goods & services ordering• Coordinate and liaise with vendors / suppliers on quotations, purchase order and delivery• Advise and provide assistance to other divisions on ITQ,ITT and RFQ• Review deliveries against the orders• Verification of e-invoices sent in by vendors• Ensure all other e-invoices are verified by their respective requestors on time• Ensure all hard copy invoices are sent to HQ Finance Department for paymentFinance functions-• Prepare invoices for billing of participants• Trigger SMS reminder for payment• Preparing the Statement of Account at every month end• Helping out in accrual during financial year end• Processing the PSEA formsAdmin functions-• Ordering of weekly refreshment for courses• Duties as the division Rep to liaise with HQ on any enquiries/issues
