Solution-minded individual, currently in a position in administration with Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Services that combines my experience with customer service, creating innovative solutions, process improvement, and recruitment, as well as my love for project collaboration, analyzing data and documenting business processes. Growing up in Texas, building relationships came fairly effortlessly. I was initially drawn to roles in sales and customer service where I could shine. I have worked in diverse environments, such as, small and large corporations, B2B, B2C, as well as in leadership. Over the past 12 years in higher education, I have become more interested data analytics and the value in it. My role in admissions relied heavily on data, whether we were forecasting admissions numbers, making an annual budget, or simply evaluating the success rate of an event. Today, I enjoy combining my soft and technical skills to help our program run more efficiently and effectively by using powerful technological platforms. Everyday feels like I’m working in a start-up, but also supported by a reputable university system. I’m thriving in an environment where I’m constantly learning and contributing.Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my family outdoors. We love to camp, grill, hunt, fish, and garden.
