The mission of the Talent Management Specialist is to optimize operational effectiveness through talent acquisition, training and development, and performance management to build bench strength and develop a pipeline of talented professionals, ready for increasing responsibility as needs arise and AP continues to grow. The TMS will manage the recruiting, onboarding, training and development, and performance management process of AP Technology’s employees. My role will is responsible for developing and driving strategy and approach to recruit the right talent, build organizational capability, and increase leadership readiness and success.
