IT Technical Auditor• Audit Analysts to ensure they meet required customer support criteria, SLA and provide appropriate resolutions.• Provide reports to management tracking individual analyst’s performance. • Provide trending reports to management to determine training needs.Management Escalation Desk• Escalate high priority issues to the appropriate teams. •Assist students in learning of CCNA objectives including: LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, OSI Layer, basic router/switch configuration, and dynamic routing protocols – RIP, EIGRP, and OSPF.•Experience with configuring, verifying, and troubleshooting basic router/switch operations in a lab environment.•Familiar with and EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, DHCP, NAT/PAT, PPP, STP, VTP, VLAN, HSRP, Inter-VLAN routing, Route Redistribution and implementing ACLs.MCSE and A+ Instructor/MCSE Lab Coordinator •Setup Microsoft DNS and DHCP servers for multiple domains and imaged over 700 drives in preparation for each class session. Coordinate Instructor Lab schedules.•Guide students in learning techniques to troubleshoot problems with Domain Administration, Operating Systems, applications and network problems.•Teach Microsoft Certification Classes, A+ Certification Classes, Network Infrastructure and TCP/IP. Successfully prepare students to pass certification exams.
