• Supervise and monitor medicaid funded, state-funded and innovations waiver services• Recruit, interview and hire staff to fill open positions• Develop short range goals, person centered plans, and crisis plans• Coordinate and monitor client budget and treatment hours• Monitor medication administration records • Submit treatment authorization requests for services• Maintain and follow HIPPA guidelines• Submit incident, DHHS, and IRIS reports • Complete annual performance appraisals and supervision contracts for direct care staff• Teach monthly trainings to staff (CPR/First Aid certification, policy and procedures, etc.)• Monitor services through documentation submitted via Therap (electronic software)• Complete on-call requirements as scheduled• Monthly face to face supervisions for quality of services
