•Hire, train and maintain a box office team responsible for $5 million in ticket revenue. •Build and maintain all individual concert events, ticketed philanthropy events, subscription packages and promotions in Tessitura database system. •Manage all aspects of the online purchase path through TNEW. •Manage subscription renewal and acquisition campaigns. •Collaborate with telemarketing vendor to set goals, identify and pull sales leads, suggest and coordinate special offers, order processing and reconciliation. •Create and maintain all ticket office schedules. •Manage an aggressive dynamic pricing strategy to maximize both profit and capacity. •Administration of direct mail campaigns using lists and extractions. •Develop, review and implement standard procedures. •Work closely with Philanthropy department to ensure all VIPS and Sponsor ticketing needs are met. •Collaborate with Operations department for administration of artists tickets. •Serve on Tessitura consortium committees to create, evaluate and maintain our shared database system. •Create, distribute and report findings of all post concert surveys. •Manage KCS Instagram including creating/selecting images and copy, as well as interacting with followers.
