Job Readiness Coordinator
Current- Work with case managers and job developers to help clients with job search strategies.
- Lead coordination of new and updated training programs and demonstrate new material to training staff.
- Create supplemental materials and customize training according to the needs of clients.
- Conduct orientations and daily workshops on job applications, resume writing, and interview skills.
- Engage participants in discussions and activities on workplace etiquette, conflict management,and teambuilding.
- Use of multi-media tools, including SKYPE, to deliver dynamic live training daily.
