Crystal entered into the Worker’s Compensation field in 2006 just intime to master SB 899 and then the reform of SB 863. She receivedher W.C.C.A and W.C.C.P along with her Self-Insurance certificate.She currently serves as the Program Manager at York Risk ServicesGroup. In her current role she is able to navigate difficult claims toresolution while simultaneously leading her staff of managers and theirteams to successfully achieve their client’s goals. Crystal strives tocontinuously build upon her management skill sets and cultivate herteam to create an empowered culture within her organization.Crystal has two handsome young boys whoare amazingly supportive and inspire her to do her best. She currentlyserves on the AWCP Board of Directors as President where she helps educate andcreate opportunities for her professional community.
