• Supervised a call center of 40 customer service representatives• Resolve customer complaints, needs and issues• Provided website training, navigation, enrollment, customer profile updates and transfer of services via company website to animal facilities, and customers• Ensure and maintain the company’s code of customer private contact information• Responsible for staff’s personnel issues, which typically included recommendations for performance evaluations, cross training, work allocation, and problem resolution• Creating/Maintain and report weekly staff production to management and staff, to ensure department goals are met and are profitable• Coordinate/Arrange the return of pets through animal facilities in a safe manner back to the pet owners• Train multiple new employees on company systems and protocols.

•Proven ability to respond immediately and confidently in emergencies• Provide medical assistance to stabilize the patient’s condition and prepare the patient for transport to medical care facilities• Proficient in the use and operation of medical equipment and supplies and their proper use• Responsible for driving the ambulance as well as lifting/moving patients, transporting patients, performing CPR and assessing patient vital signs• Wide scope of experience in the emergency services field• Hold a NY State Drivers License and maintain and excellent driving record
