Our long term Sodexo client has three hospitals for which Sodexo services. This account has over 400 employees in Food and Nutrition, Environmental Services, and Engineering. I managed the strategic HR relationship with the client and have monthly meetings with the Chief HR Officer as well as participate in all client HR meetings. I serve as the business partner (to our management team of District Managers, 7 General Managers as well as onsite Finance department) on all personnel matters; policy formation, guidance and interpretation of HR law, legal matters and compliance; as well as any additional project management. I managed a dedicated team of four full time staff: HR Assistant, Training Assistant, Training Manager, and HR Manager I.

Responsible for the recruiting and hiring of new applicants for fast paced inbound call center. Conduct prescreening activities to include background and drug screening. Responsible for employee relation issues, investigations, and policies and procedures. Participate in Job Fairs and other recruiting activities. Assist in developing advertising as well as advertising budget. Maintain and develop relationships within the local community. Coordinate orientations, open house, and other new hire events. Assist in management selection process and other advancement positions. Complete weekly staffing and HR Reports. Coordinate and assist in employee retention campaigns such as Employee Appreciation Days and Diplomat Meetings.

Managed 3-5 recruiters for a $3-$5 million dollar branch. Responsible for budget and managing P&L. Recruited for several major on-site’s in Tulsa, Oklahoma City and surrounding areas. Evaluated and hired all candidates for call center, clerical and industrial clients. Weekly visits to clients to build and help maintain business relationships. Organized job fairs and other recruiting events to increase applicant flow. Selected to Mentor other branches. Served as an auditor for ISO implementation. Responsible for the training of new and existing staff on policies and procedures in the company.
