• Help Development Team transition from waterfall methodology to agile (scrum).• Create and co-manage product roadmap and enterprise level software schedule.• Co-manage product life cycle starting with release planning.• Champion product by conducting demos for sales team.• Document business requirements for all new enhancements.• Manage the scope of development projects for hospital and physician contract management applications.• Integrate objectives of departments, marketing staff and clients.• Analyze competitive product features and market trends.• Conduct client and stakeholder interviews for new enhancement requests.• Manage QA team (3 employees) including QA interns.• Conduct quality check/testing for enhancements/defects.• Create testing process including test plans, core documents, and SharePoint access.• Manage training and demo databases on SQL server.• Create technical documentation (Release Notes, Help Text, Press Releases).• Manage client training program including both onsite visits and webinars.

- Use Project Management methodology to manage new client implementations.- Analyze and process patient data for hospital contract management clients.- Conduct hospital contract simulations to assist client with assessing contract performance.- Assist hospitals with integrating the PMMC Contract Pro application into current revenue cycle processes and plans.- Increased client recovery revenue by correcting the loading of managed care contract terms and rate for both commercial and government contracts.- Assist clients with creating managed care reports to analyze contract performance and audit inventory progress.- Perform some SQL DBA duties including creation of database maintenance routines, ensuring successful optimization and integrity checks.- Analyze PMMC Contract Pro software functionality to identify need for enhancements or software fixes. Create specification documents as needed.- Install PMMC Contract Pro application(s) on client servers and workstations.- Troubleshoot and resolve errors encountered by clients regarding use of the PMMC Contract Pro application.- Train clients on loading managed contracts via web sessions and onsite visits.- Create new specification documentation for new calculation enhancements.- Project manager for new client implementations.

- Streamline client training program resulting in effective use of corporate resources and better client involvement.- Create new training program for new hires and ongoing training for current employees.- Review and update current training materials.- Responsible for new contract management client onsite trainings.- Develop employee onboarding documentation and processes including new hire orientation program, training sessions, new hire milestone documentation and new hire checklist.- Mentor new employees.- Function as the training coordinator and continue to perform all duties of the Technical Application Manager
