Provide functional and/or technical support for resolution of customer problems, incidents, issues, requests and queries. Liaise with other support teams, or product teams as required to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner. Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all incidents. Primary responsibilities are focused on customer contact, not transaction processing.

Assist teachers in the classroom, Keep count of how many children when outside and inside the classroom at all times, Organize and sanitize classrooms, Keep track of supplies, create curriculum.

Responsibilities:Drive to center an hour early each morning to set up the studio Photograph Preschool children from Infants to 5 year old's individually and with cap and gown on the spring season. Photograph Class Photos Make sure that my area is clean and organized Make sure that every child is groomed and clean Provide the proper supplies at the end of picture day and fill out any necessary paperwork before leaving the center. Accomplishments:This job has thought me how to be more confident and better communicate with children, teachers and directors of the centers. It has also thought me how to be more independent and be able to solve a problem on my own. My team was very supportive as well as my Lead Photographer. Also at the end of every season you get recognized for your accomplishments through out the season at the District meeting held after each season (Spring and Fall), during the season you have a chance to enter contest and get a high productivity for a bonus given at the meeting as well as awards such as Portrait of excellence award or Highest Percentage in sales to name a few. I am truly enjoyed this job, photography is what I want to do and working for Lifetouch Preschool Portraits is an amazing place to work for and my district (District PG10) is full of amazing talented people who are willing to help you. They were truly welcoming to anyone new to the team and they make sure you are comfortable and answer any questions you have.

Responsibilities Photograph each student for fall yearbook, spring photos, senior photos, and proms. Accomplishments Learned to use Canon EOS and gained more experience with studio lighting. As well as working closer with kids of different ages from Kindergarten to High School. Skills Used I demonstrated my skills to work at a fast pace, attention to detail, posing and lighting the subject for a visually appealing photo.

Responsibilities Photograph Families, Children, and Newborns. Created online galleries that display all photos taken at the time of the sitting, as well as editing photos for holiday or personal collages that the costumer can potentially buy and or purchase later if desired. Accomplishments Learned to use props on the daily basis for the photo to be more personal and unique. Also, gained sales experience and provided the best photography experience for the costumer. Skills Used I demonstrated my ability to pose and light up a subject, as well as attention to detail.
