•Serves as Permanency Section HR Liaison up lining resignation, new hire requirements, vetting packets, set up interviews, maintain Page UP, and kanban.•Maintain Vacancy Report/Organizational Chart/Attrition Report weekly • Verification of current fingerprint cards for staff and process renewals. • Process out of state travel for DCSS and hotel accommodation. •Submit UIR’s, ALR’s, and any Fleet related paperwork. •Expert resource for HR/payroll matters to the management team •Create tickets through SharePoint portal for staff for IT, new hires, lateral transfers, FMLA, equipment, and systems Access. •Coordinates PM meetings, Site Visits, Support Staff meetings, and Section Meetings with setup, decoration, conference room Access, and clean-up. •Assist in training new CSR’s in the areas that are unique to Permanency, as well as the processing of CRCU requests, and the process for closing cases and their storage. •Submit ordering for ODP, PPE supplies, snacks, and organizing Distribution/pick up of OCJ and cuddle bags. •Process receipts in APP.•Create LP’s as building liaison for any building issues, meet with vendors for open LandPorts, and process key cards/badges for office•Submitted occupancy reports monthly to ORE.
