HR Business Partner responsible for 3,000+ employees, and over $500M in sales revenue. As a Human Resource Business Partner, I support multiple stores through the South Tampa, St. Pete, and Sarasota areas. I have the following responsibilities: Talent management through strong talent acquisition partnerships, intentional placement and strategic destination/succession planning. Develop and mentor high potential business leaders for future growth opportunities. Drive best in class results in all HR metrics that promote team engagement, employee retention and a respectful work environment. Investigate high risk employee relations cases through strong partnership with store leaders and paralegal representative. Support profitable sales culture through supporting stores exempt leaders in all aspects of staffing, training, scheduling, accountability and recognition routines.

ETL HR:* Human Resources District Resource (2015-2017): I help support 12 stores through any questions or opportunities they may have with team operations* Chosen as District Training Sponsor 2014-2015* Chosen as a trainer for Executive Team Leaders in training (ETL-IT) and new Store Team Leaders (STL) from 66 stores for new talent entering our group and district* Assistant store manager and Human resource manager for entire store (150 team members)* Manage development of team to ensure they're successful and that they stay fully engaged* Engage and inspire executive team leaders to obtain great team results, instill great morale, but also to foster a focus around payroll* Manage the onboarding of all new and existing talent by assessing their potential through arranging interviews, etc. * Understand and challenge operational metrics to ensure managers are looking at performances and productivity appropriately * Co-manage volunteer events in order to positively affect our community* Manage team member/TL placement in order to implement a successful succession strategy for future* Establish networking with peers throughout company in order to successfully help team members, but also help learn more
