Manage Product Team and overseas teams in all regions to create an exciting, sellable and progressive home furnishing merchandising assortment along with cultivated a robust supply chain. Drive merchandising directives from identifying values and trends along with analyzing sales history. Establishing Coaster as a well rounded supplier with clearly defined trending styles, products with tangible values, exclusive designed collections, licensed collections while maintaining our strength in providing an exciting assortment of promotionally priced goods. Train sales team on new introductions. Work with marketing team to complete the vision and gaining new traffic. Managing the entire segment of merchandising. Contribute to driving sales and profit margin.

- Responsible for merchandising, product development and design bedroom, youth bedroom, dining and full collections. - Travel to Asia to work with QC team and factories on new samples, sourcing and attending trade shows. - Contribute to profit margin through cost negotiations and price merchandising.- Research, analyze trends and work with marketing and sales to develop new goods for furniture trade shows.- Coordinate fashion themed statements for galleries, showrooms and catalogs.- Space planning, create detailed floor plans and provide visual display directives to showroom designers for Vegas and High Point shows.- Provide sales tools and sales training to sales team for new product introductions.- Work with retailers, sales reps and sales management on strategizing the line.- Present products at markets to major retailers as warranted. - Work with Asia QC team to constantly improve processes and uphold standards.- Work with free lance designers on major projects.
