As a little girl growing up, I always had a love for building things, while the other girls would enjoy playing dollhouse, I would always be found hanging with the boys, building and breaking things apart. I found joy in not only putting things back together but making them prettier, Painting and decorating. Today, I still find that said joy. I still break and rebuild things except now it's houses and actual buildings for people to live in. I have worked in the real estate industry for over a decade, ultimately gaining adequate experience in home renovation, remodeling, designing, property management, buying, renting and selling homes. I can take any house apart and build it into the most attractive and welcoming home you've ever seen. As the CEO of CSN Management group, I take pride in making sure all client/tenant's and or contract/lease owner's needs are met. We ensure all properties are properly maintained and accurate accounting.I always strive to do my very best and bring 100% to the work I do. My goal as a CEO is to build and maintain strong, long-term, mutually beneficial and excellent relations with all tenants/clients that does business within our group. My job is to ensure that all runs smoothly and everyone including myself is equally satisfied. I am huge people person with an incredibly warm and engaging personality. Outside of my life within the Real Estate Industry, I maintain a full-time position as an Associate Professor at South Carolina State University. I have been working in this position since the 1990's. My position involves coordinating the Sport Management Program, advisement, curriculum development, serving on dept, college and university committees. Some of these committees includes grievance, educational policies, promotional tenure, faculty of the year and student appeals. I proudly serve as faculty senator for over 6 yrs and is also a member of the faculty senate executive committee. I served as an aquatic director; In this role, I reconstructed a non-existence swim program and oversaw a rehabilitation grant for SCSU aquatics program. I am a certified life guard instructor, I recruited, trained and directed the entire aquatic staff. I've also written and awarded numerous grants that specifically targets obesity in the African American community and teenage girls. I enjoy interacting, mentoring, educating and most importantly learning from my fellow students and professionals. I am Crystal S. Nixon, a mother, teacher, builder and motivator.
