I am passionate about solving 21st-century problems, deepening my understanding of social entrepreneurship, and aligning my aspirations with impactful ventures. Attending an American B Corp certified tertiary institute based in Australia has provided me with an international and multicultural perspective, essential for conducting business globally.

I was responsible for client advocacy and successfully acquired 1 client in the first two weeks. Lost Money detectives is a market leader in Surplus recovery with an extensive network within the United States. I learned to use customer relationship management software, improved my workflow and planning. Upon reflection I am grateful to have been exposed to a different side of entrepreneurship and had the opportunity to test my abilities in sales for positive value to clients.

I co-founded Real Refunds to assist Australians in reclaiming their money. I was responsible for the service design and customer experience strategy. This venture proved to be a surprising challenge, but it was also meaningful and engaging as it provided genuine value to clients.
