I was part of the opening team setting up vendors, organizing the kitchen, hiring and training staff. I am in charge of all kitchen aspects from maintaining a tight budget, keeping labor cost low, upholding a strict health code ensuring food safety, quality of food and presentation, menu changes, pizza making classes, beer pairing dinners, media demonstrations on local news stations promoting our business, and working closely with the general manager on a daily basis to keep our restaurant busy and in tip top shape.
