Supervises a team of admission counselors (ACs) that provides customer service and guidance to prospective students through personal communications. Works closely with the marketing team to develop strategies for personal communications, including the definition of procedures, cadence, and messages. Provides strategic guidance to the ACs, acting as a key conduit between the marketing and prospect outreach efforts.Directly interacts with certain high-priority prospects. Prepares and delivers group information sessions in online and in-person settings.Develops, maintains, and optimizes reporting dashboards and prospect/applicant data.Monitors AC contact volume and provides reporting on the application funnel.Leads special projects for the Marketing and Prospect Management team or the MAC Program at large.

Recruitment Territory Management-Responsible for conducting research on assigned territories and performing an analysis of admissions eligibility. Recruitment Strategy Plan Development- Responsible for developing recruitment strategies in an effort to successfully meet plan goals by working an assigned territory. Advisement and Counseling-Maintain relationships with prospective students and families concerning admissions policies and requirements, while also placing emphasis on the University’s academic programs and resources. Also responsible for serving as referral agent to help the student locate resources on and off campus that may be needed

Inquiry Management- Responsible for responding to phone and web generated inquiries from prospective students, and assisting them through the admissions process. Generate personally developed leads, in order build student pipeline.Scheduling- Schedule and conduct interviews with prospective students and their families. Manage appointments and other daily duties to ensure that all tasks are completed.Collaboration- Work in partnership with high school team to plan and promote events geared towards applicants and other prospective students. Serve as Admissions department liaison for Student Affairs, reporting to the team all updates and upcoming student activities and events.

Recruitment- Attended career fairs on behalf of the university for recruitment purposes. Conducted information sessions and campus tours for the Office of Undergraduate Admissions. Assisted in the preparation of acclimating new students to the university by facilitating, compiling and distributing information for financial aid sessions for New Student Orientation.
