As the CEO and founder of The Mothershp, I am leading the development and deployment of an AI-driven cloud system that helps to mitigates, eliminate and modifies adverse behaviors in various public service sectors with AI guided human in the loop tailored interventions. Our current system and method is comprised of features to enhance efficiency and collaboration over the entire Child Welfare system and a system capable of helping families with hardship guiding nurture towards one another and at the forefront of it all extensive guidance and support for everyone involved.I am a visionary leader with a passion for making positive changes in the world, guiding deeper human-to-human connection through technology and creativity. As a foster care alumni, I have firsthand experience of the challenges and opportunities that the Child Welfare system presents, and I am determined to use my skills and network to help children, families, and organizations achieve better results. I am also a self-taught mobile developer who has taken classes at Google Creative Campus and Full Sail University, where I gained valuable knowledge and insights in project management and marketing technology. I am always eager to learn, grow, and collaborate with others who share my vision and mission.
