• Supervise and assign tasks/ priorities to 2-6 new hires, responsible for new hire work completed, communicated priorities and completed task across multiple shifts.• Performs new hire and continuous improvement training on GMPs, GMP documentation, techniques, and instrumentation.• Responsible for new hire coaching, reviews, and communicating issues, and discussing issues with management.• Responsible for writing, presenting, and demonstrating Training modules, method transfers, SOP’s, specifications, protocols, and training program curriculums. • Execute trouble shooting, maintenance, and testing on equipment including HPLC, GC, and UPLC. • Test raw, intermediate, and finished pharmaceutical materials.• Audit QC documentation including but not limited to reports, validation testing, and material release. • Perform appropriate testing associated with and writing laboratory investigation reports. • Assist analysts with trouble shooting instrumentation and product investigations.• Perform GAP analysis for future training needs and continuous improvement projects.• Department Compendia and Safety liaison.

• Balances multiple products and time lines ensuring products are delivered before or at deadline.• Provide direct client support.• Participate in client teleconferences and meetings.• Solves complex, non-routine analytical and product problems independently.• Document and reported results of development and experimentation in technical reports.• Conduct chemical and physical testing of raw materials, in-process intermediates and final drug substances.• Provide analytical support to small molecule and oligonucleotide manufacturing groups utilizing various analytical instrumentation techniques including HPLC, UPLC, LCMS and NMR instrumentation.• Record and reported results of analyses in accordance with prescribed lab procedures and SOPs. • Review laboratory documentation for calculation, entry and cGMP compliance.• Develop and modified test methods for optimal results.• Participate in cGMP training and implemented cGMP operating procedures.• Participate in and contributes to safety program and maintains an orderly and safe laboratory environment. • Perform qualification testing of laboratory instruments.• Software/Equipment: Bruker- NMR, Empower- HPLC/ GC and LCMS Omnic-IR, Acquity & Empower- H-Class and UPLC
