We support teachers and school leaders to become culturally relevant and build life-altering relationships with their students. We leverage the high-impact strategies of successful teachers both in classroom management and instruction in real time, so they can be successful on day one, minute one.CT3’s unique Real Time Teacher Coaching program provides immediate, in-classroom feedback to teachers, complemented by detailed pre-conferences and reflective post- conferences to celebrate successes and identify areas for continued improvements.

In this role I oversaw the implementation of company curriculum and education software through the US through conducting observations, extensive data analysis, and school audits. As an academic quality controller, I facilitated hiring, onboarding, and management of 20 academic staff. In this role I also led development of multiple school policies for internal and external purposes and facilitated ongoing staff trainings and championed communication efforts to staff, parents, and students. I coordinated assessments for 450 students and directed Title 1 program and school improvement team. Managed annual budget for academic department.• Reduced number of failing students by 25% through implementation of in-school, after-school, and Saturday tutoring programs.• Led implementation of four-prong teacher performance review program.• Organized administration of internal and external exams as a way to provide data analysis to school board.

I aided in Atlanta Public School System development through instructional coaching of 44 secondary teachers and took note on instructional progress and designed and facilitated professional development sessions. In addition, I analyzed effectiveness of education through evaluation of lesson plans, assessments, and long-term plans.
