Perform Human Resource and Admin duties including processing new hires (paperwork and entering in TSheets program), preparing Certified Payroll for TXDOT projects, ordering of supplies and PPE equipment, preparing payroll report weekly, entering PTO for employees and tracking, creating reports, preparing memos and other clerical duties. Answer a multi-phone line, greet customers and set appointments for Managers as well.
