Director driving the Inclusion, Health and Employment programmes at RNID- UK wide.

Leading a strategic programme on 1 of the organisations 4 programmes on health UK wide. I led on the development on the strategy and its implementation. This includes health behaviour change, hearing services systems change and wider access to health.

Associate Director responsible for England wide services and local engagement including local influencing and fundraising. Also responsible for UK wide projects and the national information line. Member of the Senior leadership team (Strategic Delivery Team).I also lead a cross organisational programme of work called 'independent lives' which strategically leads our work on a range of front line services including care services, information outreach and health policy so that people can lead independent lives. The flagship project is to consider how technology can be used to modernise hearing services and the NHS pathway using patient co-design. (Fixed Term)

Member of Action in Hearing Loss (Formerly RNID) Senior Leadership Team I lead a number of activities across the organisation including national programmatic work. Head of Region (London and South East) . Responsible for ensuring local services are delivered to a high standard and continue to grow with volunteers forming an integral part- includes: community services, sensory services (supporting people who are deaf, deaf blind and visually impaired) and information outreach activities across the region. Additionally local fundraising, influencing and campaigning. Programmatic workIn addition to functional role in the South East I have several national cross organisational leadership roles: - Workstream lead for Accepting and Addressing Hearing Loss (inc behaviour change techniques)- previous workstream lead for Tinnitus (2013-2017)- Deputy lead for 1 of 3 cross organisational programmes (Equality) -Member of strategic delivery team- Member of strategic development group for the next 5 year strategy
