I accepted a position at Eide Bailly as a Business Outsourcing & Strategy Intern. I start(ed) on August 12th 2019. I am now a senior associate.I am also an accounting supervisor and have done this line of work since 2005. Since 2012 I have worked part-time from home. Recurring tasks include, but are not limited to, accounting data entry into QuickBooks Online, paying quarterly payroll taxes, processing payroll, A/P and A/R related duties, electronic filing system management, etc. Prior experience includes bookkeeping from 1995 to 1998 for a small landscaping company. I gained managerial and administrative experience in market research, working in that industry from 2000 to 2005.I recently completed a Master of Accountancy (MACC) degree in June of 2019. I hope to gain further experience in accounting, enabling eligibility for the state CPA license. I wish to gain experience and further knowledge in accounting with the guidance of experienced accounting professionals. After gaining theoretical knowledge through the achievement of accounting degrees, I wish to gain knowledge through more practical application. I am diligent and dependable, aiming to achieve the best results possible. By working with experienced professionals in accounting, I not only hope to gain invaluable knowledge and experience, I hope to gain lasting, professional relationships as well.
