I am responsible for job recruiting, employee relations, and employee develop and training. I handle TouchPoints and create goals for team members to increase their potential. Work daily with PLT members to keep plant operational and maintaining efficiency, along with making sure that employees are treated respect and professionalism.During my time in role, we have seen an increase in Inventory Absolute Accuracy to over 96%, increase in employee wages by 8%, improvement in employee morale and engagement with team.
