Responsible for all aspects operations of affordable, Section 8, Tax Credit, multi family portfolio, projects and staff. Provides overall direction and supervision of day-to-day residential property management.Knowledge and oversight responsibility for management of the properties within the geographic region.Ensure that all receivables are monitored and provide guidance to the property managers through any receivable litigation process.Monitor the day-to-day activities of communities to meet HUD and WSHFC compliance guidelines in the areas of annual recertification's, interim recertification's, precise tenant file order, waitlist management, EIV reporting, prepare for MOR audits, REAC inspections, and WBARS.Regular updates to the executive team and partners.Effective interaction with people at all levels, including within the corporate office, at the site level, clients, residents, vendors, contractors and others within the industry.Ensure that all property management offices are staffed appropriately.Assign tasks to on-site residential property managers to ensure completion of supporting property administration.Monitors Budget Control Log and regularly reports variances.
