The innovative structure includes China cloud business model, DaaS, Unlimited cloud model, CPEA etc. The customers include Huawei, Nan Shan Life, Standard Charter Bank, Coles, Spark NZ, etc.• A trust advisor to partner with AE, and MU leaders, provide financial perspectives and relevant analysis to support and advise the business in their strategic planning and decision making, identify the risks in deal closing and implementation process, provide suggestions to mitigate the risk, quickly understand the deal structure, help business to cook the deal and give advice to handle customers’ escalations.• Controlling team fellowship, supporting cloud business team in forecasting, budgeting, and closing. Initiate the knowledges and skills transformation between commercial finance and controlling team. • Internal control improvement: Identify pain pain points and issues, work with business to optimize current process, such as bidding approval process, quarter end closing process and AR collection process. • Cross-functional cooperation across different LOBs and MUs. Collaboratively work with different stakeholders, including CFO, CBCs, service team, sales operation, legal, and CFR, etc.• Responsible for the implementation of Maintenance Winback Policy and New Cash Collection Policy in APJ finance including cross functions communication, training, deal structure crafting, revenue calculation and system testing etc. -
