• Leader of APJ and GC revenue recognition innovation deal structure and special projects (5 team members). The innovation deal takes 10%~20% of APJ total quarterly revenue across 5 market Units in APJ and Great China each quarter. The innovative structure includes China cloud business model, DaaS, Unlimited cloud model, CPEA etc. The customers include Huawei, Nan Shan Life, Standard Charter Bank, Coles, Spark NZ, etc.• A trust advisor to partner with AE, and MU leaders, provide financial perspectives and relevant analysis to support and advise the business in their strategic planning and decision making, identify the risks in deal closing and implementation process, provide suggestions to mitigate the risk, quickly understand the deal structure, help business to cook the deal and give advice to handle customers’ escalations.• Controlling team fellowship, supporting cloud business team in forecasting, budgeting, and closing. Initiate the knowledges and skills transformation between commercial finance and controlling team. • Internal control improvement: Identify pain pain points and issues, work with business to optimize current process, such as bidding approval process, quarter end closing process and AR collection process. • Cross-functional cooperation across different LOBs and MUs. Collaboratively work with different stakeholders, including CFO, CBCs, service team, sales operation, legal, and CFR, etc.• Responsible for the implementation of Maintenance Winback Policy and New Cash Collection Policy in APJ finance including cross functions communication, training, deal structure crafting, revenue calculation and system testing etc.

• Outstanding performance, off-cycle promotion in Sept 2016. Promoted as T4 level in 2018.• Finance BP: Strongly deal support focus, proactively engage with the sales teams to review, evaluate the deals in the pipeline. Analysis of historical situation with customers and business practice, capability to preview and predict the potential pitfalls and issues for every business case, timely communication and follow up with the sales organization about any new facts or potential revenue recognition topics that may potentially affect the deal and/or contract with the customer.• Advise on deal structures across all lines of business, including SW, consulting, training and cloud business etc., identify risk and revenue recognition issues, contract review and endeavor to find practical commercial solutions to meet the needs of the business while keeping the compliance matters at the highest level of standards. Direct support takes 60~70% GC total revenue each quarter.• Involved in all the strategic deals discussions and decision making, such as Huawei, Lenovo, Sinopec, State Grid, Huaneng Group etc.

• Provide commercial support to Australia and New Zealand.• Collaborate with different stakeholders in ANZ and regional team for all the complex deals.• Involved more in cloud deals and strategic deal structure discussion: such as cloud extension, FTE model, BPO and term license discussion etc.,• Support ANZ for all the complex deals especially government sector, BHP MBD issue etc.,

• Participate in transactional deal approval, business review calls and consulting project reviews.• Assist in quarter-end closing and tracking of journal entries resulting from revenue reallocation or revenue deferrals.• Cope with KPMG and internal audit, SOX team for quarterly and year end audit.

• Focus on the hi-tech, internet, communication and entertainment customers.• Major customer covered: SAP, Ricoh China Group, Sumitomo Electronic Consulting, Aspen, Ariba, Orange Sky, China Telecom, etc.,• Act as field in-charge, arrange on-field work, plan the audit procedures, review the working paper, and prepare the accounting memo or Statutory Financial Statement.• Annual performance rate at SP+, be top 30% of the total population;• Experiences cover SOX, internal control, IFRS review/audit, group reporting and PRC audit. • Major working responsibilities includes: understand industry environment and client background, make detailed audit plans and audit procedures; assist engagement manager supervise engagement quality, evaluate design of processes; discuss audit adjustments, communicate with clients’ management about audit findings, prepare financial analysis, draft audit reports; keep good relation with clients and quick reply to their professional request etc.,
