Direct and supervise Senior and Program Directors by offering guidance, training, and support. Assist in the planning, development, and implementation of multiple NYC programs by assuring adherence to program standards, contractual requirements, and outcomes. Develop, monitor and evaluate short and long-term goals and policies to ensure program services are delivered in a highly professional manner. Work with the COO on various tasks that include, but are not limited to funding applications, grants and budget monitoring. Customarily and regularly exercise discretionary powers. Serve as the primary contact for all NYC and NYS criminal justice officials while maintaining positive and effective relationships with stakeholders.

Works with the Division Director and Vice President of Operations to assure adherence to program standards and compliance with contractual performance goals and expected program revenue. Directly supervises staff across NYC programs and collaborate with Division Director, Vice President of Operations, and the Vice President of Human Resources on personnel matters, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Other responsibilities include budget monitoring, preparation of funding documents and grants, liaising with community stakeholders, and developing new policies and systems as needed. This role is in addition to maintaining direct oversight as the Program Director of Staten Island TASC.

Supervise all aspects of intake, admission and exit process for prospective and current clients. Works on ensuring program compliance with contract requirements. Develops and maintains working relationships with the community and stakeholders to support program development and implementation.Develops measurement systems and maintains reliable data on program activity and evaluates outcomes. Oversee program policies and procedures.Prepare for and participate in program audits.Oversees monthly and annual statistical data, and submits required reports to funders. Assists in the development and implementation of new projects. Completes and conducts Professional Development Plan (PDP) meetings with staff, and coordinates in-service training.

Works on the implementation of various grant and administrative activities for this alternative to incarceration program and ensures the cooperation of treatment provider agencies in accordance with linkage agreements. I assist with the strategic planning of various programs while developing consumer tracking databases. Primary responsibilities include supervising grant staff, working directly with project consumers, reporting accurate information to the courts, and writing reports. I have successfully overseen multiple federal funded grant projects funded by the Substance Abuse Service Administration (SAMHSA) and the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA). Additionally, I organize meetings and trainings with key stakeholders to ensure program objectives are met. I am the agencies certified cognitive behavioral interactive journal trainer.

Grant evaluation research staff in the areas of jail diversion, substance abuse, mental health, HIV/AIDS prevention, and homelessness. Primary responsibilities included data collection, data entry, data extraction, field interviewing, field coordination including supervision of graduate interns, and document transcription. Additional experience includes the research of multiple Evidence Based Practices (EBP’s) to assess fidelity, including Seeking Safety.
