Project Management and Antibody Development: -Manage projects related to novel antibody development and provide technical customer education and support for custom antibody services, including phospho-specific antibodies. - Conduct serum screening, perform affinity purifications, and characterize and validate rabbit polyclonal antibodies. Provide extensive customer support in application optimization for techniques such as Western Blot (WB), Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and Proximity Ligation Assay (PLA). Product Curation and Marketing:- Curate product-specific references for all antibody products. Develop high-value publications that serve as resources on the website, identifying applications and species tested. Possess a comprehensive understanding of HubSpot for building a customer base through publications citing our antibodies.Technical Leadership:- Serve as the technical lead for new product development and the production of catalog antibodies.- Characterize and validate antibodies in various applications, including ELISA and Western Blot. This includes preparing cell and tissue lysates and performing treatments to stimulate phosphorylation for testing phosphospecific antibodies.Experience and Skills:- Some experience in designing peptide antigens for phosphospecific antibodies.- Maintain an extensive background in providing technical support for antibody applications.- Possess significant technical writing experience, creating antibody product datasheets, in-house Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and customer-facing scientific educational resources.
