My largest take away from the hospitality industry is that the guest experience trumps all. Currently in my 15th year of the travel and hospitality business. Initially standing in the shoes of a line level staff member has allowed me to grow to manage and develop a culture allowing my team to remain engaged and passionate about their jobs. Continued education and understanding current trends drives my passion for customer experience. Behind the scenes I work in depth with CRMs, Revenue Management Analysis, PMS Systems, and Customer Engagement Software.
