As Founder and CEO of Bespoke, my journey has included over 20 years of unique experiences in the health and legal space. My early days as a nurse and then nurse practitioner were dedicated to pediatric illnesses. There is no greater humility than caring for sick children and their helpless loved ones. After being required to testify countless times for child abuse cases, my evolution into the legal space was driven by curiosity and desire to support the medical-legal partnership. I rolled up my sleeves and got to work in a legal administration company to support medical adjudication for settlements. I discovered new loves including leadership, operations, technology and transformation. The countless highs and lows along my journey have led me to Bespoke. Having literally experienced the full life-cycle of a personal injury case, there is not enough support to make law firms successful. This has a direct impact on case outcomes. We provide the capital and business tools which we believe will lead to improved outcomes. Additionally, the lack of diversity in personal injury firms is distressing. We are unapologetically intentional about how we can change this narrative.
