• Scheduling, canceling, and rescheduling appointments in Centricity for patients• Rescheduling patient’s injections• Entering phone notes and flags into Centricity for all patient’s needs.• Answering phone calls that come in for scheduling and operator• Responsible for handling all referrals to TBI Denton• Faxing injection packets over to facilities• Faxing referral statuses to referring physicians of whether patient was scheduled for appointment or not• Responsible in knowing insurances that all doctors accept and don’t accept• Completion of weekly logs of Denton New Patient Referrals• Completion of weekly cancelation report• Responsible for all urgent medical record requests from other physicians or medical offices for Denton• Scanning and Indexing all medical documents• Filing of medical records• Covers front desk when needed duties include checking in patients, preparing superbills, processing payments, obtaining HIPAA profiles and making sure they are completed, completing payment log and balancing all money at the end of the day, prepping charts for the following days.
