  I am currently an Order Management specialist, I go through all of our open orders and then get them into billable status. I work with 4 different locations to get all teams to work the open orders that I need scanned so I can finish billing the orders. I also still do the responsibilities below. Create PO's for invoices with Oracle.October 2021-July 2022 Administrative Assistant II- same responsibilities below, plus I train new employees, interview candidates, and work closely with one our biggest clients to make sure none of their orders or billing gets messed up. Also, create PO's with Oracle for any outbound loads or supply orders.Mar 2020-October 2021- Office Coordinator. I print all driver paperwork that is on the schedule, close out open manifests after making sure the system matches the drivers paperwork, help locate missing work order documents and get them into the system, create LMR's for customers, scan documents into our salesforce system, correct any data that is needed in Preview, work on open cases to fix any issues that is needed within our facility, fix work order lines as needed, help other facilities in other locations around US with any thing that I can assist them with, data entry of SPAK BOLs and open orders, file documents when needed, help accounting with invoices and checks, create excel spreadsheets per Managers request, help drivers with their documents and to make sure they are not missing anyting, fill in for dispatch manager and help with scheduling, etc.
