• Participated in the formulation of SOP after the launch of new projects, such as implementing assignee's relocation service under Client corporate policy.• Responsibility for more than 5 Client and more than 700 ISE’s relocation service expense support, like Financial audit /use the system auto-pay, including the International assignment employee allowance/bonus/reimbursement payments and Supplier payments. Monitoring automated system billing report. Participate in the implementation of automation system projects to simulate and simplify the system operation process.• Close to work with Client service team, Analysis, and implementation of ISE’s Personnel welfare policy.• Prepare the payment report to Client, Monthly reconciliation of payable account, prepaid expenses report, reconciling the subsidiary leger to the general ledger, Cooperate with customer audit, etc. Investigating payment rejections, Monthly POP aging report analyze, Maintain and update the vendor master report• Training and follow up the new employee’s daily work.ETC.

• Maintain the vendor/customer master in SAP system, Setup credit limited &payment term• Monitor payable records and due date, weekly run payment according, check and clear vendor open item on regular basis• Monthly reconciliation report, Office expense management T&E expense management & analyze• Entry the collection & bank draft in SAP system, provide invoice in tax system, confirmed the kind of foreign currency collection with bank.• Workout AR aging report weekly, reconciliation with ICC monthly, revaluation FX monthly and etc.
