HR Business Partner to Ford Motor Product Development to support the organization’s objectives, incorporating people strategy into business operation as well as coordinates and implements a variety of programs and activities covering multiple HR areas.

Lead the team in recruiting, HR business partner and L&D functions.

Leading the team in C&B and Shared Service and facility to ensure service quality and standard to align with company & government guidelines/legislation and beyond internal employees’ needs with added values.

HR support to R&D China in HPC categories1) Supports the activation of the local Human Resources plan (including the talent component2) Supports the activation of the Talent strategy for the business by developing insight and analysis of people related business issues and opportunities (by utilising global solutions, e.g. Talent Management tools/ processes and diversity metrics, etc)3) Implement HR strategy in guarantee the contribution of personnel operation in the business team.4) Understand the recruitment needs based on the business needs, support the resources planning, interview, offering, and finally on-boarding.5) Conduct annual performance review with business leaders, have the career talk with key performers in the team, facility them for promotion.6) Interfaces with HR service provider for delivery of core HR services to the business monitors Quality and timeliness of service provision.

1) Post-sale PM development program: GPM AccreditationThe general project manager has the project execution strategy and governance responsibility. GPM is a big challenge not only in Alcatel but also in the worldwide. To improve quality of our service delivery, increase credibility with customers, motivate and retain employees, Alcatel run the professional accreditation program.- Screen the GPM nomination submitted from regional unit level- Facilitate nominees to take mandatory development in France- Instruct participant jury review preparation- Coordinate the two-hour jury review and follow up- Arrange accreditation ceremonyFrom 2008 on, this program has identified 23 GPM accredited and most of them distributed to all regional units across APAC in charge of projects with the value of 10 to 100 million Euro.2) Monthly conduct workforce ananlysis, including actual headcount, forecast headcount, gender distribution, attrition rate. 3) Develop manpower planning strategies, to hire the right people at the right time for the right position. Select this recruitment strategies, review, develop and implement the hiring process to achieve better hiring results with the shortest time.4) Talent Development & Succession ManagementIdentify talent pool, build and groom pools of development candidates for key roles across APAC. Facilitate employees for their internal career move.5) Maintain employee data in a regular time to make sure HR data in the scope of responsibility updated correctly.6) Successfully led a team to organize 2010 ACI annual party in JW Marriot within the limited budget from venue selection, vendor negotiation, on-site support, payment arrangement, ect.7) Liaise with departmental managers so as to understand business, optimize team manpower resource.8) Other roles:Assist HR business partner to have the talent review and succession management, AIP eligibility validation, Leveling and Grading, international mobility support.

After graduated from University, I worked as project assistant to provide the administrative and other support for the two project, Shanghai Metro Line 6 & 9.
