Overview:Manages and coordinates the completion of operational activities, associated with all new branch openings, relocations and renovations in Canada. Identifies, recommends, and assists in the implementation of process improvements associated with the new branch opening/relocation and renovation processes.Manages and assists with assigned projects, as they relate to change management process.Change Management• Complete all assigned operational activities on behalf of the Branch Manager, in the relocation, renovation, consolidation and new branch opening process, ensuring that respective CPNs are up-to-date.• Resolve all issues raised and escalated through the change management process.• Work closely with key partners in Canada and the US to ensure consistency of change management processes north/south.• Provide best practices, insights and additional tools and resources in regards to managing change and working within a new branch design/layout with the various branch teams in advance of their change.• Provide onsite change management support to branch teams in form of open forum discussions, training sessions, choreography sessions etc.• Provide strong post implementation support to branch to ensure change management concepts are sustained.Process Improvements:• Recommend and assist in the implementation of approved changes/best practices to processes and tools related to the new branch opening/relocation and renovation processes.• Recommend and assist in the implementation of approved changes/best practices to processes and tools related to the Change Management Process • To update CPNs to be an easy to use/understand document for anyone that reviews it. • Create standardized templates for various change management task (emails, meeting verbiage, etc)• Be the center of expertise for Centralized Cash process, CHIP terminal, etc for all assigned New, Relocations and Renovation projects.

- Key responsibilities include proactive development and aquisition of new clientele. - Prospecting new clientele via partnerships with local businesses to increase visibility in the local market- Assist, advise and meet the needs of personal customers in order to achieve their lending, investment and personal banking goals.

Manager Customer Service-Complaint resolution and client satisfaction -Hiring and training of new Customer Service Representatives; interviews, human resources processes.-Coaching and training of team to instil the vision and company brand-Manage sales and service floor to ensure maximum customer service-Branch Compliance Office (Branch Operations)-Integrating company strategy into branch practices in a consistent manner
