Primary person responsible for all fundraising and marketing efforts for the agency. Develops annual development plan and calendar to ensure goals are accomplished. Works closely with all departments to ensure prospective and current client, donor, and partner communications are timely and effective to meet agency goals and initiatives. Creates and maintains external communications, including digital and print media to donors, prospective clients, and the community. Maintains donor CRM. Plans and executes plans for annual fundraising events. Attends monthly board meetings and prepares board for fundraising and program initiatives. Ensures P2P marketing efforts are consistent in donor acquisition, cultivation and stewardship, community partnerships, and public health awareness through attending partner events, giving presentations, and conducting meetings. Responsible for all public-facing communications and marketing, whether in person, digital, or print. Prospects for grants and new donors. Cultivates relationships with funders and partners to move the mission of the agency forward. Writes and manages grants, including foundation and government grants, and ensures reporting is completed ethically and on time. Compiles and analyzes client and donor data to ensure the agency is marketing relevant programs, addressing the community's ever-changing needs, and pursuing funding to address the needs found in data. Brings donor or community feedback, positive and negative, to the appropriate department director for discussion.
