I spent 8 years in the Internal Audit department in various roles. During this time I acted as the system administrator and was the super user of Ideagens Pentana Audit software. I managed all phases of planning, performing and closing integrated risk-based internal audits, inclusive of financial, compliance, and operational areas throughout the companies.

As an Employee Relations Specialist I work in many different areas of HR. I assist with employee relation issues including investigating complaints. I also perform internal audits of HR practices to ensure compliance and act as liaison between processing facilities and headquarters. I assist with implementations of new benefits and plan preparations..

As a Generalist I did alittle bit of everything, from salary administration, recruiting, employee relations, government reporting, relocations, and many special projects. I was also given the opportunity to work in our processing facility in North Carolina for 10 months, which is an expereince I will never forget.
