I host regular care communities for Asian American Pacific Islanders/Mixed Race Asians and am a retreat leader, facilitating guided meditations that involve embodiment and imagery to address themes of grief, transitions, walking through the unknown and following the path of one's transformation. I engage in deep listening sessions and soul care work and am recognized both on social media and in person for facilitating complex, tender conversations with compassion and depth.
