I am a holistic, connection-based, neurodivergent mother with a doctorate in occupational therapy specializing in sensory systems, neuroscience, and mental health. My passion lies in supporting neurodivergent families, helping them foster peace, build community, and create their ideal lives.With a deep understanding of brain-based and connected parenting, I leverage my extensive training and personal experience to empower parents and children. My approach is rooted in the principles of felt safety, emotional regulation, and co-regulation, with a particular focus on ADHD-related challenges such as rejection-sensitive dysphoria (RSD), time blindness, executive function difficulties, and demand avoidance.Through my coaching program, I guide parents in:- Understanding their own emotions and how their somatic memories show up in parenting- Recognizing that all behavior makes sense, addressing the root causes rather than just the presenting issues.- Navigating the unique motivational drivers for individuals with ADHD and some of the sticky spots that can create relational dissonance.I am dedicated to creating a nurturing environment where neurodivergent families can thrive, connect meaningfully, and achieve their full potential.
