I acted as the Office Manager for the Mount Robson Lodge property. I was fortunate to be a part of the mobilization team leaving me with the invaluable perspective of this project from infancy to operations.I was the union liaison for hiring, on boarding and travel coordinator for the BRSS team of approximately 120, using Suncor's mobilization and travel systems. I worked with CAP Remote financial program processing payroll, updating and inputting new hires. I also provided payroll orientations. Using UFS, I uploaded our daily Retail finances as well as completed period end processes. Show less

Moving from the head office administrative end of the Remote Workforce Housing industry to Site, I brought my time at Black Diamond full-circle. I valued the opportunity to be of service to our Clients while ensuring that day-to-day process are attended to with precision. Financial deadlines and demands in head office were directly dependent upon reporting processes generated at site level, the scope of which I have directly dealt with.

I managed the financials for our two biggest revenue generating Remote Workforce Housing Camps.
