Oversee an Education Services team that designs and delivers learning content for Anthology’s Lifecycle Engagement products as part of the Anthology Academy. Responsibilities include building and leading a team that is critical in supporting the education of Anthology's clients who designs and builds content, improving the learner experience, and working closely with other leaders across the company in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.

In addition to creating training materials, developing learning plans, and leading customer training sessions, this position offered the opportunity to play a key role in strategic goal setting, management, and development of the members of the Recruit to Advance Education Services Academy team.
