I lead an amazing team of Education and Training Specialists who build out training content and lead live training sessions for Anthology's customer education Academy. We have a complex set of products and tools, so as we continue growing as a team, it is important we cheer each other on and understand that we are all learning together. The most rewarding part of my role is supporting the individual growth and success of my team members and breaking down silos across teams to work toward unified outcomes.
