Crystal serves as a Project Manager for Salesforce implementations. She is charged with carefully managing each project to ensure successful delivery on time, on budget, and as scoped. She creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. She manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project including the resources, risks, documentation, and deliverables. Crystal is an excellent communicator and ensures that all stakeholders are consistently informed throughout the project's life-cycle.

Crystal served as a Project Manager and managed the implementation of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud for 17 newly merged companies onto one system across the board. She successfully represented the client side of the implementation, which included managing resources, risks, timeline, and budget, while the implementation partner handled the actual development tasks. Crystal joined this project mid-flight once it was determined that there were not any internal resources that could be 100% dedicated to managing this project. She was able to come up to speed quickly and immediately became an asset when she developed a creative testing plan that got the project back in the green and prevented the schedule from slipping.

Crystal joined Charleston Enterprise Group as a Project Manager to provide leadership and management in a software start-up company, iProp. The existing team had several business experts, but Crystal was the first person on the team with a technical background. She kicked off the engagement by gathering all requirements, scoping the project, hiring development resources, and then she developed a comprehensive project plan that would take this start-up idea from conception to a tangible product. During her tenure she had a hand in every aspect of the business including procurement, human resources, product development, business development, and certainly project management. The first version of iProp was released within the first year for customer testing and feedback. The next two years were spent refining the software and taking it to market.

Crystal was responsible for the successful delivery of strategic internal IT projects across all business units such as implementation of Financial Force, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Cornerstone, and Netsuite. She developed project plans and lead cross functional groups in executing that plan. She determined resources and established priorities needed to assure successful completion of each project. She also coached and developed team members, as well as provided day to day work direction to a professional project team. Crystal also had great impact to our company by providing Project Management Training to other employees worldwide.

Crystal specialized in payroll implementations. She executed the implementation process and methodology to upgrade or implement new payroll solutions for clients. She conducted needs analysis to determine appropriate requirements for new and/or existing clients and then customized and installed ADP Workforce Now Management Solution. Crystal worked closely with her virtual team to ensure proper product configuration and accurate data migrations. She consulted on the installation of client site software and equipment and provided technical support to resolve issues as needed.

Crystal joined the foundation as an Admin, but was quickly promoted to a Development Associate to assist with fundraising tasks. She proved to be a tremendous asset when she improved many processes by leveraging technology. She established and documented standard operating procedures for efficient data management throughout Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge Database. She completed constituent wealth assessment research, database analysis and segmentation to ensure solicitation of the right constituents at the proper time. She also led direct fundraising tasks associated with technology such as website development, donation kiosks and produced the quarterly Foundation Update.

Crystal started as a part-time receptionist in the Augusta office, but over the following six years she held many different positions and worked in five different offices in various locations across the United States. She was highly detail oriented, very organized, and always was willing to jump in where needed. This led her to serving in various roles that the company needed such as office manager, travel agent, sales agent, receptionist, and even telemarketer.
